Step into our newly remodeled, modern boho beach retreat at Princesa. This ground-floor unit offers easy access to the resort and pools, perfect for quick trips to the sand or a refreshing swim. Enjoy one of the few units with a gas barbecue grill, ideal for casual outdoor meals. Thoughtfully designed, it comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxed beach getaway.

From the moment you walk in the front door, you feel as if you have transported into a lush tropical paradise. There is just something about that view in the way the idyllic blue meets the green grass and the palm trees float through the skies. It's sure to take your breath away.

If you find you've spent one too many days in the sun and need some indoor reprieve, we have 50" Roku smart TVs throughout the condo; 3 in total!

There are 3 pools, 3 kiddie pools, and 1 hot tub on resort property

Located inside the clubhouse (which is in the center of the resort), you will find gym equipment, multiple tables and chairs, and both a men's and women's restroom.

We invite guests to bring a bag of charcoal and BBQ fresh Sea of Cortez shrimp which can be found on just about every corner in Rocky Point.

There is a convenience store located in the C building which feels as if it has a little of everything; with the ever so important bags of (purified) ice!

We are located on the 1st floor, in the B building.

Visitors are not permitted. Only guest registered in your reservation are permitted. The maximum number allowed guests (including adults children and infants) is 8 people. Please understand this is a hard and fast rule. Per resort restrictions, there is no room for negotiation on this. We simply cannot allow for more than 8 people total. Please remember that people of all ages count. It does not matter if it is a baby or child. This person counts in the total headcount. A note, as an example: you cannot select 8 adults and 2 infants. This is a violation of the rules of the resort as you are attempting to make a booking for more than 8 people. No refunds can be made if you attempt to bring more than 8 people total.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
